Pickup & Delivery — how does it work?

At checkout, select Delivery or Pickup, then choose your preferred date and time window.

We offer local delivery within select Huntsville-area zip codes.

For home deliveries, orders will be left at the doorstep unless other instructions are provided at checkout. Please include any helpful delivery instructions at checkout, such as gate codes, apartment details, or notes about your drop-off location.

Allergens — what should I know?

Our cookies are made with common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, and soy. We can’t guarantee allergen-free products since common allergens are present in our kitchen. Please refer to our ingredient label for specific allergens in each of our cookies.

What does "cottage food" mean?

Cloud’s Cove Cookies is a small cottage food bakery. That means cookies are made in a home kitchen, prepared, handled, and labeled according to Alabama guidelines, and sold directly to customers — perfect for local pickup and delivery.
