Refunds & Returns Policy

Because our cookies are fresh-baked and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If there's an issue with your order

Your experience matters to us. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can do our best to make it right. When you reach out, include your order name/number and a quick description of the issue.

Wrong or missing items

If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We’ll correct it as quickly as possible.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup: Orders not picked up at the arranged time may affect freshness. If you’re running late, message us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Local delivery: Please ensure someone is available to receive the order (or provide delivery instructions at checkout). We’re not responsible for quality issues due to incorrect addresses or missing/unclear delivery instructions.

Cancelations & changes

Because we bake to order, changes or cancellations may only be possible within a short window after placing your order, depending on whether production has started. If you need to adjust an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Large orders

Large orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and production time. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before pickup or local delivery. If the remaining balance has been paid and you need to cancel, a refund or reschedule may be considered only if the order has not entered production.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
