Pickup & Delivery Policies

Pickup: At checkout, customers may select Pickup and choose from the available pickup dates and time windows for that preorder drop.

Pickup location: Jones Farm Park (1201 Four Mile Post Rd SE Huntsville, AL 35802)

Customers are responsible for arriving during their selected pickup window. If you are running late or unable to make your pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cloudscovecookies.com or our contact form.

If an order is not picked up during the selected window and we do not hear from the customer, we cannot guarantee accommodation outside of the scheduled pickup time.

Delivery: At checkout, customers may select Delivery and choose from the available delivery dates and time windows for that preorder drop.

We currently offer local delivery within select Huntsville-area ZIP codes. Delivery availability will appear at checkout once your address is entered. If delivery is not available for your address, local pickup will still be offered.

For home deliveries, orders will typically be left at the doorstep or preferred drop-off location unless other instructions are provided at checkout. Please include any helpful delivery instructions at checkout, such as gate codes, apartment details, or notes about your preferred drop-off location.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, as well as any necessary access information. We are not responsible for delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

Timing & Availability: Pickup and delivery are offered only during the dates and time windows listed at checkout for each preorder drop. Availability may vary by drop and is subject to capacity. Selecting a preferred time window does not guarantee special arrival accommodations outside of the options offered at checkout.

Missed Pickup or Delivery: If a customer misses their selected pickup or delivery window, we will do our best to help when possible, but we cannot guarantee rescheduling or redelivery. Additional fees may apply if a second delivery attempt or alternate arrangement is requested and approved.

Order Changes: Any requested changes to pickup or delivery selections must be submitted before the preorder period closes. Once routes and pickup schedules are finalized, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
