Our Method

Most cookies rely on mix-ins or heavy toppings for flavor. Ours are different: the flavor is built into the cookie through our Cloud Chips — so you experience delicate, but rich pockets of flavor from first bite to last.

First, we melt premium chocolate as the base and infuse it with flavors you'll love — like lemon, raspberry, mocha, or a perfectly balanced dark & milk blend.

Next, we pour our flavored chocolate thinly onto sheets and hand-chop it into Cloud Chips. This extra step is where the magic happens: each piece is a little different so every cookie feels crafted, not mass-made.

Then, we fold those Cloud Chips throughout the dough — so the flavor isn’t just on top, it’s built into the cookie. The result is a mix of melty streaks of flavorful chocolate layered into our soft-baked dough.

We bake for the Huntsville area. We’re building this business to be a special part of what makes Huntsville feel like home — so we’re choosing to grow deep, not wide. We will be baking up your favorites here, and only here.
